Welcome to ZeitPal. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the ZeitPal platform. By registering and using our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Service Description

ZeitPal provides cloud-based software for managing leave requests, absences, and team calendars. The scope of features depends on the selected plan.

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is required to use ZeitPal. You are obligated to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Usage and Paid Plans

ZeitPal is free for teams up to 20 members. For larger teams, our paid plans apply according to the current pricing on our website.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to use ZeitPal for unlawful purposes, not to upload harmful content, and to respect the rights of third parties. Sharing login credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.

6. Data Protection

Protecting your data is important to us. Details about the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance work will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZeitPal is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. For paid plans, the agreed notice period applies. After termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. You will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the operator.
